God Creates Life & All Life Is His

“God created man in his image; in the divine image he created him; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27).

“Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: “I am the Lord, who made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself” (Isaiah 44:24).

“I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live” (Deuteronomy 30:19).

“All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.” (John 1:3)

Verses that Show Human Life Begins Before Physical Birth

 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:4-5)

“On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother’s womb, you have been my God. Be not far from me, for trouble is near, and there is none to help.” (Psalm 22:10-11).

“Did not he who made me in the womb make him? And did not one fashion us in the womb?” (Job 31:15)

 “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.  I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth.

 The Lord Jesus Christ Began His Incarnation as an Embryo,  Growing into an Infant, Child, and Adult

 “And while they were there, the time came for her to give birth.  And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger because there was no place for them in the inn.”(Luke 2:6-7).

Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel (which means God with us)” (Matthew 1:23).

The New Testament Refers to Jesus in the Womb as a “Child”

 ³ So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city. ⁴ Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, ⁵ to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife,^[a] who was with child. ⁶ So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered.

Are Humans Permitted to Take Life Before Birth?

 “Thou shalt not kill” (Exodus 20:13, Deuteronomy 5:17)

“Jesus said, ‘You shall not murder…'” (Matthew 18:18)

“Do unto others as you would have them do to you” (Matthew 7:12)

“They mingled with the nations and learned their works…They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons, and they shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, desecrating the land with bloodshed” (Psalm 106:35, 37-38)

“When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman’s husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine. ²³ But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, eye for the eye,  tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. (Exodus 21: 22-25)

“I will not revoke the punishment,
because they have ripped open pregnant women in Gilead,
that they might enlarge their border.” (Amos 1: 13)

How Should A Woman View Her Body and the Preborn Life Growing in Her Womb?

“Behold, children are a gift of the LORD; the fruit of the womb is a reward” (Psalm 127:3).

“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

God Loves All Humanity Including Little Children

“At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, ‘Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?’ And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them…’See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven. ‘” (Matthew 18:1-2, 10)

“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple. (1 Corinthians 3:16-17)

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”  (John 3:16)

 “Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of  the wicked.” (Psalm 82:3-4)

“Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay each person according to what he has done?” (Proverbs 24:11-12)

 Crime of Killing the Innocent

  “Do not kill the innocent.” (Exodus 23:7)

 “There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.”

(Proverbs 6:16-17!)

What about those who operate abortion facilities? 

 “Cursed be anyone who takes a bribe to shed innocent blood.”  (Deuteronomy 27:25)

“Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,  you did it to me.’ (Matthew 25:40)

God Can Forgives Those Who Have Had an Abortion                           When They Repent

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives. My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defence—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.”               (1 John 1:9-2:1)

“Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.” (Psalm 51:1-2)

“Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity. Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:9-10)

The Unborn Child Has Feelings

  “While both women were with child, Elizabeth said to Mary, ‘As soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.’” (Luke 1:44)

 Christians Should First Follow God’s Laws

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2

In Canada, 1, 00,000 unborn children are killed every year.

 Since 1970 more than 3 million unborn babies have been aborted in this country.

 In the United States since 1973 (the court decision of Roe Vs. Wade) more than 60 million abortions have occurred.  The woman who was used in the Roe Vs. Wade court case by pro-abortionists has become pro-life.

 In North America alone over 63 million people, unborn children, have died in the Holocaust of abortion.

 Our motivation for helping others is the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
